4-Point Welded Corners
Featuring a Stylish uPVC fusion welded frame and sashes The frame profile is uniquely designed to maximize the strength of the 4-point weld system insuring years of strength and performance.
Reinforced Meeting Rails
Reinforced meeting rails provide protection against higher wind loads, resistance to forced entry, and overall rigidity to the central part of a double hung window.
Low-Profile Metal Locks
Low-profile locks that sit nicely behind the upper sash rail allow for a clean look that does not sacrifice security.
Optional Insulated Frame
Full insulated sash and frames give these windows the highest level of insulation improving sound dampening, condensation resistance, and overall performance.
Mortised Sill
Dam
The bottom inside corners of the frame, the sill dam, extend into the sides of the window eliminating water penetration and mildew potential found in non-mortised sill dams.
Metal Pull-Down Handle
A metal pull down handle is available in a variety of colors including white (standard). Also featured is a fully extruded with the frame lift bar at the bottom of the window.
